Welcome

Welcome to the Captain Josiah Crosby Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution!

We serve the greater Milford area of New Hampshire, including Milford, Lyndeborough, Amherst, Wilton, and Mont Vernon.

Founded on October 19, 1895, as the Milford Chapter, the Captain Josiah Crosby Chapter is one of twenty-one chapters in the New Hampshire State Organization Daughters of the American Revolution.

Our chapter promotes historical preservation, celebrates patriotism, supports education, and enjoys genealogy. We are women from diverse backgrounds with a variety of interests who come together to research genealogy, serve our community, and share in DAR tradition.
